Catherine Cross
Running media and presentation training courses taught me that with a bit of patience and encouragement I can help anyone put a few simple tips into practice so they leave the room better equipped to do their job and more confident about themselves as a person.
Running my own business taught me that ultimately the buck stops with me – if I don’t lead from the front, dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s, I can’t expect anyone else to do it for me.
Running the London Marathon twice for charity taught me there is no substitute for preparation, planning and hours of hard work – but that there is no feeling in the world like success, especially when it will benefit someone else.
