Damaris Anderson-Supple

Damaris Anderson-Supple is Chief Operating Officer of Hill+Knowlton Strategies, UK working closely with the CEO, Richard Millar her role is to develop agency strategy and to develop talent at H+K Strategies.

Damaris is also Executive Chair Healthcare and Wellbeing, offering lead counsel to the team and to clients. Damaris has a distinguished 20 year track record in heathcare.

Damaris has extensive commercial experience in sales and marketing roles; UK, Europe and Global, working with markets across Asia-Pacifc, Latin America, Japan and the US.  She has also been a General Manager on several occasions the most recent as Managing Director Organon UK and Ireland where she was responsible for revenues of $200 Million and an organisation of 200 people.

Damaris has extensive experience in leadership development, organisation development and internal communications .
