THE TEAM/ROLE 

H+K Strategies’ digital communications experts help their teams integrate the best of online and interactive technologies with traditional public relations, public affairs, and marketing communications to deliver the most impactful communications programmes possible.

As part of our drive to strengthen our digital expertise, we’re looking for a digital specialist with a track-record of delivering effective integrated digital PR campaigns. The successful candidate will work specifically with the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team helping them to drive digital PR strategy, increase digital revenue opportunities and manage the activation of integrated client campaigns.

The role will involve working with other digital specialists across the agency to maintain a leadership position in terms of the technology and tools being used to engage audiences on digital platforms, but the candidate will also be involved in helping to develop skills and capabilities of the CPG team in the digital arena.

CLIENTS

Client base consists predominantly of P&G and its wide portfolio of household and beauty + grooming brands such as Gillette, Venus, Ariel, Duracell, Pampers and Braun.
 
ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
  • Experience and expertise of applying digital to support consumer facing campaigns across commercial brand focused programmes is a must in order to mirror the focus of the existing business
  • Experience of both maintaining social media platforms and preparing campaign specific promotional elements on a variety of technology platforms would be advantageous
  • Reliable insights into and credible experience working with online media, social networks, blogs and online communities 
  • Good knowledge of the latest digital tools, technologies and capabilities 
  • Sound digital and traditional PR credentials 
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach 
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Self-motivated
