Our Change and Internal Communications team works across all sectors and provides practical consultancy and tangible support for organisations that need to maintain engagement with employees.

  • Elements of Leadership: A tailored course lasting from a half-day to two days that covers the key elements of communication needed to be successful in leadership roles.
  • Internal Communications Toolkit: An online or printed internal communicator’s toolkit, tailored to your organisation’s needs. This guide helps embed best practice tools and templates, and their consistent usage throughout the organisation.
  • Elements of Storytelling: A workshop exploring the power of stories in engaging employees, sharing best practice, changing behaviours and making information more meaningful.
  • Strategic Healthcheck Workshop: A workshop for senior executives that checks the health of your change and communications and provides tools to remedy any issues.
