KAT BAYANG JOINS HILL & KNOWLTON’S INDUSTRY-LEADING CONSUMER PACKAGED GOODS TEAM

Hill & Knowlton (H&K) will further strengthen its Consumer Packaged Goods team this month with the appointment of Kat Bayang as Senior Account Executive. She joins from the Prince’s Charities, where she worked for Youth Business International as a communications officer.

Kat joins the successful team that was responsible for the Ariel ‘Turn to 30°’ and the ‘Big Bold Hugs’ campaigns. She will work alongside the 29 strong team including Claire Candler, Director and Claire Davies, Associate Director to work on an impressive portfolio of clients which include Wash and Go, Bold, Fairy, Ariel and Gillette.

At Youth Business International Kat created materials for the communications toolkit on the network’s extranet, reaching youth development programmes worldwide, as well as social media management and media relations for Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Prior to moving to London, Kat worked at Canadian agency Cossette Communications-Marketing within Optimum Public Relations. Having the opportunity to work on global brands, she had the responsibility of implementing and executing successful integrated marketing and communications campaigns for clients such as Procter & Gamble, IKEA and General Mills.
