Helped Adults Get The Right Careers Advice
The Careers Advice Service (CAS) helpline wanted to raise their profile, so in order to drive calls to the helpline we created a campaign to encourage adults to talk about their career goals and go to CAS for information and support. By combining traditional, digital and experiential tactics, we achieved a sustained increase in calls to the CAS helpline of over 20% with a peak increase of 60% during key campaign times.
