Saudi Aramco - Mapping the People Who Matter

In order to clarify the most important media and influencer contacts in the energy field, H+K Strategies supported Saudi Aramco by undertaking an industry-focused media and influencer audit, including analysts, academics, opinion leaders and politicians across a wide range of prominent markets including the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Netherlands, France, China, South Korea and India.

The evaluation consisted of a team of 15 energy specialists studying the different markets.  The result was a comprehensive database compromising one page summaries for each contact with analysis, focus-areas, reporting history and style, importance and favourability towards Aramco and the oil industry.  Saudi Aramco since then has been able to identify the company’s perception in each market, demonstrating areas of strength and weakness and highlighting future opportunities.
