BECKY ERWOOD JOINS H&K LONDON’S SPECIALIST FOOD & DRINK TEAM
Hill & Knowlton has further bolstered its Food & Drink team by appointing Becky Erwood as an Associate Director within the Food & Drink team. She joins from Waitrose where she was Senior Communications Manager.
Becky joins the12 strong team and will work alongside Associate Director Karen Thomas, supporting head of Food & Drink, Ian Withington.
At Waitrose, Becky was responsible for launching the essential Waitrose range as well as broadening the appeal of Waitrose by landing positive news, features and product placement coverage in a wide range of media. Working jointly with the Waitrose corporate team she devised the media strategy and oversaw PR, marketing and buying teams to promote Waitrose’ sustainable fishing policy through sponsorship of End of the Line film (acclaimed by the Guardian as “one of the best pieces of CSR campaigning in years”.
Prior to Waitrose, Becky worked in communications and marketing agencies across a range of brands including Cadbury, Marks & Spencer and BP Wild Bean Café Fairtrade Coffee.
Holly Ford and Carolanna Bamford have also just joined the Food & Drink team as Account Manager and Senior Account Executive respectively.
