Developing a global strategy to implement the company’s vision across 100 different countries
The City & Guilds Group needed to develop a global strategy to implement the company’s vision across 100 different countries. Hill+Knowlton Strategies facilitated a journey mapping workshop with the top 200 managers of the company to develop a picture which illustrated the strategic milestones necessary to make the vision a reality. The managers were then tasked to carry out a similar session with their teams to identify the local impacts and to link personal objectives to achieving success for the company.
This collaborative process achieved remarkably high levels of adoption from all sites and proved successful across all languages and cultures.
