Helping adults get the right career advice

The Skills campaign successfully changed perceptions towards skills but research showed that adults needed a tangible action to help them move forward. We created a campaign to increase uptake of the Careers Advice Service, combining traditional and social media. We achieved an increase in calls to the CAS helpline by almost 25%.

The campaign reached over 194 million people and 54 million had the opportunity to interact with the campaign online.
