Now the dust has settled on the PWYW campaign I thought it a good time to send on a note to say thanks to you and your team for the campaign you put together and the way you handled our business
Whilst I've said it before, I was so very impressed by the enthusaism, professionalism, organisation, effort and attention to detail shown by your team the whole way through our campaign
Their diligence in ensuring no stone was left unturned and no opportunity was missed reflected their dedication and professionalism and was something that I've not witnessed in such a way from other teams or agencies throughout my career. Beyond the excellence of your team and the management of the campaign (and indeed your superb management of your team), we are of course dependent on results to measure the efficacy of our investment in PR. Without question, the coverage we experienced was outstanding - truly beyond expectation. Everybody throughout my team and beyond (all the way through to senior management) were vastly impressed by the quantity and quality of the coverage received. Even now, 6 weeks later, it is still being referenced in conversations throughout the company. There's no doubt these results were driven by the focus, energy, industry, diligence, dedication, creativity, perseverance and brilliance that your team and yourself showed throughout
As such, I not only believe that we achieved the best coverage possible, the best impact amongst our target markets, and excellent results due to the campaign, but I also think we received very good value for our money and a measurable return on our investment.
