Ian Withington / MD, Food + Drink

I have over 20 years brand building experience, my work has spanned global and local campaigns and have worked with many of the UK’s best known brands across multiple sectors  including ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Virgin, O2 and Sky TV in the retail and leisure space and wider campaign work for the likes of, Heinz, Nestle, Pernod Ricard, Diageo and Coca-Cola Great Britain.

I currently lead the food + drink division and have an active role on brand and nutrition comms for the multi brands portfolio Mondelez International (belVita breakfast biscuits, Dairylea and Barny).

Before joining Hill+Knowlton, I was a board director at specialist consumer agency, Jackie Cooper PR for nine years. I was latterly responsible for the re-branding of BT Cellnet to O2 and the on-going consumer and influencer PR campaigns.

I am a business and marketing graduate and also hold a diploma from the Market Research Society.
