Simon Shaw / Chief Creative Officer

I believe narrative is key to delivering the most memorable and enduring work. It is the thread that links the world’s greatest architecture and art to the most effective communication campaigns. It is through developing and embedding narratives in our campaigns and delivering them beautifully that we will produce our most effective and remembered work.

Simon's role at H+K is to lead the first ‘Center of Creative Strategy’ and take responsibility for quality of the creative output of the agency.

Simon has more than 15 years’ agency experience delivering strategic creative counsel and developing multi-channel, content-led campaigns for global brands. His client portfolio includes Coca-Cola, Nike, O2, Heineken, Ford + Land Rover. While Creative Director at Exposure the agency won three Cannes Lions awards for work with Umbro and Dr. Martins. He is also a well-renowned and respected industry authority and served as Cannes Lions judge in 2011. 

Simon is a qualified and awarded architect and studied at both the Bartlett School of Architecture and Edinburgh University. He has also set up an award winning artisan food company being featured on television and stocked in Selfridges in London.
