Stakeholder communications
No longer can programmes targeting different audiences be run in isolation. Consumers are business people and business people are consumers; consumers are interacting directly with corporations and governments, and blogs and social media are now the norm, giving employees a louder voice than ever before.
At H&K, we believe that integrated communications programmes are key. Our experience enables us to understand what makes them tick, their differences and similarities, and how best to engage and motivate on all levels. And while the same message does not fit all, coherency and linkage is essential.
We already undertake fully integrated multi-stakeholder communications programmes for clients such as Yahoo!, Comet, HP and the Learning & Skills Council.
